In this workshop Ruth will introduce you to a series of drills designed to improve your isolation, control and flexibility, provided you practice them regularly! Ruth will explain what you should be aiming to achieve with each drill. You will take away comprehensive handouts to ensure that you can drill yourself till you drop!
