Gokden Kolbasti
Gokden Killic (Turkey)

Originating in Trabzon on the Black Sea, this fun little dance style was produced by Trabzon football supporters to celebrate and encourage their team. As they travelled, so did the dance collecting along the way all kinds of additives and variations, even story lines.

You can have elements of Gypsy Dance, Hip Hop, Jazz, break dance and even Latin. The possibilities are endless as this workshop proves. You can put a troupe or line dance together or “face off” in a duel! It can be costumed in Black Sea style or Street Cred style.

Time to have fun!

DAY & TIME: Sunday 2.30 – 4.30pm
