Hilary Floor Work

Learn the correct stretches, strengthening exercises, how to get down and up, when to use floor work and some simple effective things to do while down there.

Techniques taught are applicable to any style of bellydance.

Please note: This workshop is not suitable for anyone with knee, hip or back problems.

BRING: Soft kneepads, legwarmers, thick socks, and yoga mat or blanket plus notebook and pen
DAY & TIME: Friday 2.30 - 4.30 pm
SUITABLE FOR: Intermediate
