- To book, use the Festival Booking Form and submit it by the closing date of 5.00 pm, Thursday 24 April, 2008 (the day before the Anzac Day long weekend). After this date, tickets for any remaining workshop places can be purchased - cash only - from the Info Desk at the Festival. 24 April is also the last day to make dinner dance bookings. However concert tickets will remain available from Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL until showtime or sold out.
- Group discount bookings for the concert and dinner dance close earlier, on 11 April.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. Sorry, there are no refunds on tickets.
- Sorry, cheques cannot be accepted after 11 April. Cheques received after that date will be returned to you and your booking will not be processed until payment is made by an alternative method. Money orders are fine at any time.
- You will receive a letter confirming your booking if you book by 18 April. Please check your letter and any tickets carefully straight away to make sure your booking is correct. Please contact us immediately about any problems - office errors can occur! If you book after 18 April we will hold your tickets for collection at the Info Desk.
- We process most bookings within two weeks. If you haven't heard back from us by then, please contact us.
- A $3.00 administration fee applies if you want to exchange workshop tickets or change your allocated dinner seat (sorry, no changes after 11 April).
- If you fax your Booking Form to us, please don't post the original as well as you might be charged twice! Email or call us if you want to check that your fax arrived.
