Booking Information and Conditions - 23rd Sydney Middle Eastern Dance Festival

Bookings open on 1 March, 2012.
To book, use the Festival Booking Form (available from 1 March, 2012) and submit it by the closing date of 5.00 pm, Friday 27 April, 2012.
After 20 April, tickets for any remaining workshop places can be purchased - cash only - from the Info Desk during the Festival. Tickets for the Dance Party and Concert will remain on sale until showtime or sold out from the Canterbury Hurlstone Park RSL.
Group discount bookings for the Concert and Dance Party close earlier, on Friday 6 April, and must be made via the Booking Form or by phone to the Festival office. Group discounts are not available on tickets purchased at the venue.
Sorry, cheques cannot be accepted after 6 April. Cheques received after that date will be returned to you and your booking will not be processed until payment is made by an alternative method. Money orders are fine at any time.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. We cannot hold tickets pending payment.
Sorry, there are no refunds on any tickets.
Due to Club rules, Concert and Dance Party tickets cannot be changed once tickets are issued so if you wish to sit with your friends you must book and pay together, under one name.
A $3.00 administration fee applies if you want to exchange workshop tickets (sorry, no changes after 6 April).
You will receive a letter confirming your booking if you book by Friday 13 April. Please check your letter and any enclosed tickets carefully straight away to make sure your booking is correct. Please contact us immediately about any problems - office errors can occur! If you book after 13 April we will hold your tickets for collection at the Info Desk.
If you fax your Booking Form to us, please don't post the original as well as you might be charged twice! Email or call us if you want to check that your fax arrived.
